Molotov cocktail

  • A thrown incendiary that splashes fire on impact and burns anyone caught in it. Throw overarm or underarm. Deals impact damage and the flames will deal damage over time if you're standing in them. Molotovs can also burn destructible foliage and are affected by rain.

// Playstyle

If you play Assault

Your role now owns base-breaking, and your guns kill a little slower.

What changes

  • C4 and the Remote Detonator move into Assault at level 4; the Molotov unlocks at level 13 for $25k.
  • TCX-SPR unlocks at level 20 for $100k and takes the M4’s old slot; the M4 moves to level 28 and $150k.
  • The AK74 is now unlocked by default and its vendor price halves, $1,600 → $800.
  • Assault-archetype kills pay $2,000 instead of $1,500, and destroying buildables, C4 and IEDs now earns Assault XP.
  • AR body shots do slightly less damage, and torso damage is now even from top to bottom.

Still the same, or still broken

  • The FAL is still the hardest-hitting assault rifle, just closer to the TCX-SPR and M4.
  • Cheaters with ESP still see you coming: the notes say nothing about anti-cheat. Unfixed
  • Gear still resets at the season wipe. Unfixed

// Playstyle

If you play Support

Faster LMG access, but your LMG no longer out-damages a rifle.

What changes

  • The PKM unlocks at level 15 instead of 30 and costs $100k; the M249 moves to level 20 and $150k.
  • The new Evo-3 Ultra arrives at level 30 for $200k, with its own bipod and suppressor.
  • LMG body damage now matches assault rifles; LMGs are meant to win on sustained fire and magazine size.
  • Near-miss suppression from small and medium calibres is considerably stronger.
  • C4 has left Support for Assault, and the MGL-40 is slower, sways more and costs $7,500.

Still the same, or still broken

  • Building XP went to Assault, and buildables cost far more — see Building.
